November 1-3, 2024

Our DBMAT Conference Committee has been busy planning the Annual DBMAT Family Conference for 2024. The conference is scheduled for November 1-3, 2024, at Camp CAMP located in Center Point, Texas. 

This will be a new campsite for our DBMAT Family Conference and our first year of many to come. We encourage everyone to be “flexible”. Camp CAMP is set up with dorm style accommodations so remember you are going to camp for the weekend! Be assured the Conference Committee is working out details but it will be different for all of us. We’re currently working with Camp CAMP to create an on-line registration link for families and professionals.

With this being our first year at Camp CAMP and time is extremely limited, we need interested families and professionals to complete this event interest notice only if you’re able to attend. Please provide name, address, phone number and then in the Camp CAMP for we will also need all the names of those family members attending. We will email you the Camp CAMP registration link directly. Please complete all information on the Camp CAMP registration form when we send it to you and submit as soon as possible.

Also, once you complete this event interest notice, please contact your HHSC/TWC case manager regarding assistance for travel expenses.
